Giuliano Martinelli, a great aficionado of black and white truffles – this special fruit of our land – dedicates his time exclusively to the location and selling of fresh truffles, making his first products in a small laboratory in Pietralunga and right afterwards beginning to participate in some of the most important trade shows in Umbria and Italy.
The new brand of Giuliano Tartufi emphasizes truffles as “fruits of nature”. The sun and the moon that meet to create an oval shape that encircles the “Giuliano Tartufi” logo. The brand is printed in gold and silver on a black oval background.
The new Giuliano Tartufi company is inaugurated in Pietralunga. It makes white truffle and black truffle products and specialties that are still the most important components of the Giuliano Tartufi product range.
Expansion of the production area and new packaging, with very decisive characteristics: its black colour clothes all of the fresh truffle products of Giuliano Tartufi in a refined and modern fashion.
New communication and new promotion tools, such as elegant leaflets and catalogues for sales, created to better publicise the rich production of Giuliano Tartufi.
“A truffle is not forever.” The image of the ring with two black truffles and a white truffle in lieu of diamonds was very successful, giving the idea of fresh truffles as precious, excellence products.
20th anniversary of the company.
The “Bottega del tartufo” and “L’angolo del Tartufo” brands were created. Special places to purchase and to get to know better one of the treasures that best represent Umbria in Italy and abroad: fresh truffles.
