Mayonnaise (sunflower oil 70%, water, pasteurized yolk EGGS 5%, wine vinegar, modified maize starch, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), lemon juice, flavouring), Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 3%, Acidifying: E270.

Ideal for dressing fish, shellfish, meat, cold dishes, boiled meat.
