Truffle Fondue

Fontina 28%,Italian origin, table cheese, fresh cream, water, summer truffle 3%, (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) Italian origin, egg yolk, maize starch, salt. Emulsifying salt: sodium citrate, salt, flavours. Preservative: sorbic acid. It contains lactose, it contains eggs.

To make the very most of the product, it is recommended to use 80-100 g of it per person.

Put the bain-marie jar into hot water for a couple of minutes, then pour it into a dessert cup, adding cubes of toasted bread.

  • Minimum shelf life and storage: 24 months. Once opened, store at +2°/+4° and consume within 7 days.
