Artichokes 65%, extra virgin olive oil, Summer Truffle ( Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, flavouring, parsley, pepper.
To make the very most of the product, it is recommended to use 35/40 g of the sauce, warming it in the frying pan for 5 minutes, adding parmesan according to your taste.
It is ideal as a sauce for crostini and as stuffing for appetisers, first and main courses.
Minimum shelf life: 36 months. Once opened, store at +2°/+4° and consume within 7 days.
