Whistleblowing
GIULIANO TARTUFI S.p.A. promotes a corporate culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and respect for the law. With this in mind, and in fulfillment of its regulatory compliance obligations, the company provides all of its stakeholders (employees, collaborators, suppliers, and third parties) with a dedicated channel for reporting unlawful conduct.
This tool, implemented through the WHISTLELINK IT platform, is designed to guarantee the utmost security and confidentiality for the whistleblower.
The procedure allows reports to be submitted, including anonymously, regarding violations that have come to light in the workplace. The platform facilitates a protected dialogue between the whistleblower and the person managing the report, allowing for any follow-up needed to properly handle the case.
Reports are managed in full compliance with personal data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679, Legislative Decree 196/2003, and Legislative Decree 101/2018) and the specific rules on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24/2023). The whistleblower’s identity, if disclosed, is never revealed without their explicit consent, except where required by law.
