Together with the Region of Umbria, we have created an innovative local supply chain to combat climate change and protect the authenticity of the region.

The project stems from a concrete promise: Giuliano Tartufi guarantees to purchase its partners’ harvest for 10 years, offering economic security to producers and adding a value that is increasingly difficult to guarantee due to climate conditions: its origin is 100% Umbrian.
