The Giuliano Tartufi ® was born from a hobby and a passion of Giuliano Martinelli, when he was little more than a boy, before going to work, he went every morning in the woods to look for truffles together with his inseparable dog.

 

Since 1991 Giuliano decides to follow his passion to devote himself exclusively to the research and sale of fresh Truffle, first by making the products in a small laboratory in Pietralunga(Umbria-Italy) and immediately after starting to participate in some of the most important Italian fairs in the sector: he will thus specialize in the marketing of fresh Truffle and in the production of food specialities based on Truffle

 

Giuliano Tartufi's goal is and always has been, to convey to everyone their passion for truffles, bringing the culinary traditions and the typical features of its territory all over the world.

 

Giuliano Tartufi in fact exports to many countries and is committed every day so that its values ​​are transmitted and shared by all its national and international partners: it is no coincidence that the graphic element that represents the company is a ring of truffles, a true symbol of eternal and indissoluble love for the Truffle.

 

In 2001 Giuliano Martinelli proudly inaugurated his current company: "GIULIANO TARTUFI SRL" specialized in the processing of fresh truffles using the most refined artisan methods. the company's staff has thirty years of experience and produces a wide range of truffle specialities to satisfy even the most demanding customers

 

In 2004 the first major structural expansion and a significant implementation thanks to new industrial methodologies were implemented.

 

In 2006 he began a long process of communication of the product and the territory, through an intense promotion and information activity.

 

In 2008 the new image-symbol of the company was created: the ring made up of White and Black Truffles.

 

In 2014 the big project of the specialized shops started with the opening of "La Bottega del Tartufo" and "L'Angolo del Tartufo".

 

In 2015, the IFS and BRC certifications were achieved by Giuliano Tartufi.

 

In 2017, a further structural expansion of the company takes place with a consequent significant increase in production capacity.

 

In 2018, the facilities enlargement allows a production capacity increase.

 

In 2019, our item “Spolverata®” is internationally awarded as "most innovative product": Dubai (Gulfood, February 2019), Parma (Cibus Connect, May 2019) and Holland (Food Vabkeurs Specialiteiten Netherlands exhibition, October 2019).
