Dried summer Truffle – grinder

Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) dried in slices, result of a natural process of dehydration, ready to be used by itself or to supplement fresh truffle or other sauces. Part of the family “pure” Giuliano Tartufi, it enable to appreciate the aromatic fragrance and the delicate flavour of summer truffle throughout the year.

Rehydrate the dried summer truffle in warm water for about 15-20 minutes, or in hot broth for a few minutes. Filter and use the rehydration liquid as well. Recommended dose: 2 g of dried product per portion.
