COKING SUGGESTIONS

Cook the Giuliano Tartufi potato gnocchi with summer truffle in abundant salted water, drain and complete the preparation in a pan with a few knobs of butter and a few spoons of Parmesan. To further enhance the intoxicating flavor of the truffle, add some Giuliano Tartufi Summer Truffle Slices, the result will be exceptional.
